My first solo show was held at Aldaskeller Wine Co. during the month of March 2024. The show was entitled ‘Back of House’ — a collection of photos that came to fruition from my years working in the service industry.

BEHIND THE GLASS

My work was shown at Behind the Glass Gallery in the months of November 2023 and from January to March of 2024. I choose the photos in a way to introduce myself. It was my first time showing in a gallery setting so I curated my pieces to convey who I am as a person and as an artist.

The selection of work shown in Image City Gallery was inspired by the poet Mary Oliver, who encourages her audience to “pay attention” to the nature surrounding them. All of the photos in that showing were moments that I found on my walks around Rochester throughout the year.
